I visited KCC Mall of Gensan yesterday that was April 4, Friday, and a personnel ask me to join the mass at 5:00pm. I ask him what’s the mass all about? He told me that its intended for their customers. They will be having a monthly mass for the shoppers. It’s good thing that I won’t miss the holy mass at the same do shopping. Holy yet conventional…
Fruits all over the place
One time I want to eat fruits maybe a banana and a mango. I checked the prices at the mall and texted some friends and asked them were I can the best fruits here. One friend told me that I should I go to the Bagsakan located at Alunan Avenue, General Santos City. She told me that it is open 24 hours and I can go whatever time I wanted to. Yesterday, I happened to pass by at that place and rove around to find the finest bananas and mangoes. I was shocked to find out that finest bananas and mangoes were really there and the good thing is that they were really cheap coming from the towns near Gensan. I have here some pictures to see. A kilo of mango cost only P20 and a bunch of lakatan banana for only P10.
Star Studded GenSan
Last February 27, is the yearly Kalilangan Festival of General Santos City. Local celebrities visited to grace the events. Iya Villana awarded the Bb. Silka General Santos City. Pauline Luna was the guest of the local variety show held in KCC Convention and Events Center. PBB celebrity edition housemates Megan Young and Victor Basa were the guests for the KCC midnight sale for the Kalilangan event. Recently, Vhong Navarro promoted his movie Superpapalicious at the KCC CEC. I hope more stars will visit to further promote the tourism of General Santos City.
Low Riders Bike
Big bikes in outer countries are very common in the US or Europe. In the Philippines, big bikes are new to us. Especially in General Santos City, I’ve seen many bikes especially at night in the heart of city Pioneer Avenue. Guys riding their bikes not just an ordinary bikes but a low rider type of bikes. It’s nice to see how these guys come up with ideas reinventing the old school bike. Maybe someday, instead of riding tricycles, jeeps, motorcycles and other vehicles they used this as basic transportation vehicle.
